Great to meet you!

I have a heart to work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, thoughtful space where they can process life experiences, deepen self‐understanding, and build practical tools for resilience and emotional well‐being.

With individual clients, the focus is on helping them learn to take responsibility for their own personal growth and healing. I also help clients navigate life transitions, whether in marriage, relationships with adult children and aging parents, the workplace, or when they feel stuck.

With couples, we work together to overcome disconnection and rebuild closeness in their marriage. My work centers on developing healthy communication and effective problem-solving skills while addressing deeper emotional patterns that keep couples stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a bit eclectic. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT) and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy(SFBT)

What you can expect from me
