Great to meet you!

I am an open-minded, pragmatic therapist that treats my clients as equals. I pride myself on my ability to build a strong rapport with clients by remaining nonjudgmental. I offer a warm, welcoming environment where clients can feel supported and embraced as they go through the process of transformation and growth.

I received my Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling degree from the University of Massachusetts Global and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, East Bay.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My work is integrative and tailored to your needs, blending insight with practical tools you can use in everyday life. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, nervous system regulation, women’s mental health, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also incorporate a mind-body perspective to help you better understand how your experiences show up both emotionally and physically, supporting deeper and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace without feeling judged or pressured. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your goals for therapy, and what you’d like to feel different in your life. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and begin identifying patterns or areas to focus on. Together, we’ll start creating a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored to your needs.
