Great to meet you!

I started my career as a social worker and wanted to dive deeper into mental health. In the counseling process, I specialized in marriage and family, as well as children and adolescents. Later, I also specialized in addictions and got a license in chemical dependency. Currently holding the LPC and LCDC licenses.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is very compassionate yet challenging. I tend to focus on healing, while shifting focus and challenging negative thoughts. I often note discrepancies and behavior patterns that will help you understand yourself better. This will allow you to make better decisions and make the changes you want to see in your life. All while healing from past hurt.

What you can expect from me

I will provide you with a safe environment; free of judgement, where you can be authentically yourself. We can build an empowering, and transformative therapeutic relationship. This potentially builds you a positive sense of self, while increasing your self-awareness, decreasing reactivity, and building resiliency.
