Great to meet you!

I became a therapist after doing my own healing work and learning how powerful it can be to rebuild from the inside out. I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from your sense of self. I also believe deeply that change is possible with the right support and by learning cognitive flexibility. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration and commitment to change. I offer a calm, steady space where you can explore your story, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that need care and understanding. Together, we’ll work toward relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of hope.

My approach to therapy

Client reported outcomes reflect a consistently strong therapeutic alliance, averaging above 90% on standardized alliance measures. Building trust, safety, and collaboration is central to my approach, as research shows the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes. I bring a warm, steady presence and a deep commitment to helping clients feel heard and understood. I use compassionate listening, gentle reframing, and mindfulness-based strategies to help you build emotional awareness and resilience. I tailor our work to your needs and stay mindful of creating a space where you can show up fully without judgment. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and equipped to move through life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

During our first few sessions, we’ll take time to get to know each other and build a foundation of trust. You’re always in control of what you choose to share, and we will only explore experiences at a pace that feels safe for you. My role is to provide a grounded, supportive environment where you can speak openly and stay connected to your boundaries. As we talk, we’ll begin making gentle connections between your past and present to help you understand what you’re feeling and why. We’ll move together at a pace that supports your comfort and sense of safety.
