Great to meet you!

I work with clients who have spent years taking care of everyone else, questioning themselves, minimizing their own pain, or trying to hold together relationships that have left them feeling anxious, depleted, and disconnected from who they are.

Many of my clients are navigating divorce, betrayal, emotional abuse, narcissistic relationship patterns, family conflict, or the lasting impact of earlier trauma. They may appear strong and capable on the outside while privately struggling with shame, self-doubt, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, or difficulty trusting their own judgment. I help my clients make sense of what they have experienced, reconnect with themselves, and begin creating a life that feels safer, healthier, and more genuinely their own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, calming, compassionate, direct, and trauma-informed. I believe healing is not about blaming yourself for what happened or endlessly analyzing the past. It is about understanding how your experiences shaped you, recognizing the patterns that helped you survive, and learning how to feel safe, confident, and grounded in your own life again. I strive to give my clients something to walk away with after every session that gets them closer to the hope that today is the start of better days ahead.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel believed, supported, and gently challenged. I strive to give clients something meaningful to take away from every session, whether that is a new insight, a practical strategy, or a goal to focus on during the week. We may discuss homework or ways to measure progress, but everything is optional and guided by what feels most meaningful and manageable to you. We will work at your pace to rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, process painful experiences, and help you move forward with greater clarity and hope. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning. If you are looking for hope, I want to help you find your way there.
