Great to meet you!

I focus on coping skills (such as relaxation and mindfulness) and I also tend to take a systems approach, which means I take into account how each client is impacted by their own world (family, friends, school/work). But most importantly, my main job is to be an understanding listener so that my clients feel comfortable talking about themselves and their feelings.

My approach to therapy

Most of my experience as a therapist is with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, or possibly feeling unsupported or disconnected from friends and family. If you are feeling overwhelmed and having difficulty managing on your own, I can help you get back on track. :)

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will have a conversation about what brings you to therapy and you can expect questions from me about your personal history. We will collaborate on some goals for therapy and go from there!
