Suzanne Chrebet

Hello! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. I have experience treating a wide variety of mental health disorders including: Mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma related disorders and substance use disorders. I have experience treating patients on an outpatient basis as well as in a hospital setting, nursing home setting and alcohol/drug detox setting.

I believe in a holistic approach in order to satisfy one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.

*As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my main role is medication management. While there is some therapy involved, my main function is to prescribe medications. I would be happy to speak with you and provide a thorough psychiatric evaluation and explore if psychotropic medications would be beneficial for you.

Through comprehensive psychiatric assessment and utilization of evidence based treatments, my goal is to help individuals be the best version of themselves. I believe an important aspect to one’s treatment is a safe therapeutic environment as well as open communication between the client and provider.
