Great to meet you!

You may feel stretched beyond your limit.

Maybe anxiety hums in the background. You lie awake replaying conversations or worrying about finances. Sleep feels broken. Mornings arrive before you feel restored. You might be carrying financial stress that brings shame, avoidance, or tension in your relationships.

Or perhaps life changed because of a chronic or life altering illness. Your own diagnosis or someone you love. As a caregiver, you manage appointments, medications, insurance, and everyone else’s emotions. You are strong, but you are tired in a way that rest alone cannot fix.

From the outside, you appear capable. Inside, you are overwhelmed.

That is where WE begin.

I offer a safe, grounded, collaborative space where your story is met with respect and without judgment. We move at your pace, focusing on insight and practical tools that fit your real life.

Over time, the shift becomes tangible. Nights grow quieter. Boundaries strengthen. You respond instead of react.

Imagine feeling steadier, more rested, and more confident in your choices. Therapy is about helping you reclaim balance and resilience in the life you are living now. I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I operate from a biopsychosocial perspective, which means we don't just talk about your feelings--we look at your biology, your habits, and your environment. My approach is evidence-based and highly practical. I am not a "nod and smile" therapist; I'm a collaborator who provides you with a safe space, tools and a roadmap for change.

What you can expect from me

The first session you can expect us to move past the typical "paperwork-only" experience. Clients can expect a high-value biopsychosocial intake that serves as a roadmap for their specific wellness goals. I won't just ask how you feel. I'll look at your life through three distinct lenses to identify where you system is stalled: biological - discussing your physical health and nutritional habits; psychological - understanding your current stressors, anxiety levels, and any patterns of "faulty thinking" that might be holding you back; social/environmental - assessing external pressures like career demands and financial stress.

I don't want anyone leaving a first session feeling empty-handed. I work toward us developing goals together the very first session.

Most importantly, the first session is a "vibe check" affording the opportunity to determine if we're a good fit. You will determine if my direct, practical and holistic style feels like a safe and effective partnership for you.
