ADD/ADHD and Anxiety

Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a LCSW specializing in therapy for ADHD & anxiety. I spent the first eight years of my career in diverse and challenging social work roles in a community mental health setting. I have been working as a therapist for the past five years, first as a general practitioner and later as an ADHD specialist within my own practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my therapy practice, my specialty and passion is working with anxious ADHDers. I have ADHD myself and get all the challenges (but also the fun of it!) a little too well. My clients describe my style as very "real", warm, and interactive.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients tell me that I help to put them at ease right away. My goals is for you to leave each session not only with strategies you are excited to try out, but with more self-compassion, hope, and confidence.
