Great to meet you!

I graduated from NYU and have years of experience. My journey in life has brought me a rich and rewarding experience helping others discover their path. I'm an art therapist with verbal psychotherapy skills. I value everyone's life experience and story. Providing a safe space for however you are feeling is important. My specialties include couples and family therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I would describe myself as taking an integrative approach. What's worked well is taking a psychodynamic and interpersonal style. I also take a humanistic client centered approach. Understanding everyone's life experience is essential.

What you can expect from our first session

It is a sad story when someone hasn't the ability to see what others see. Having a new perspective of how you live your life will be examined. What is so important about the therapeutic relationship is the connection that is made in therapy.
