Great to meet you!

I help moms who are running on empty — anxious, exhausted, quietly wondering when they became someone they don't recognize. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or just deep in the trenches of raising kids, I get that "just relax" isn't the answer, and neither is one more list of self-care tips you don't have time for.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of clinical experience, including PSI (Postpartum Support International) training in perinatal mental health. I specialize in supporting moms through anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and pregnancy or infant loss. My approach is warm but direct — real tools, real talk, no fluff.

Sessions are 100% virtual, so we can work around nap schedules, school pickup, or whatever chaos your day holds..

My approach to therapy

I don't do vague check-ins or nodding along for 45 minutes. My style is warm, direct, and practical — we'll name what's actually going on, figure out what's driving it, and build tools you can use the same week. I draw on evidence-based approaches like DBT, and I bring 12+ years of clinical experience, including running programs and groups for people in real crisis — so I know how to help you build actual skills, not just talk about them. You'll leave sessions with something to work with, not just something to think about.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting the full picture — what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you actually want to be different. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or say the "right" thing. I'll ask questions, you'll talk, and by the end we'll have a sense of what we're working on together and what the next few sessions might look like. No homework, no pressure — just a starting point.
