Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Sue Gauthier-Pin, LMFT. As a trauma-informed, integrative expressive arts therapist, I believe in the power of the arts to heal. I have worked in schools, community clinics, private practice and treatment centers for the last 10 years. I tend to work with folks struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, addiction, spirituality, identity, and trauma issues that would describe themselves as creative, highly sensitive, neurodivergent, philosophical, and/or LGBTQ.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy meets at the intersection of mental health and expressive arts therapy. The expressive arts allow us to access parts of the brain not reached by talk therapy alone, allowing us to explore the aspects of your experience for which there are "no words." I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy to address trauma and feeling "stuck."

What you can expect from our first session

I help children, teens, adults, and groups learn that they have the power to heal themselves by strengthening their connection to their essential selves. In doing so, they are able to reclaim their own source of wisdom, compassion, and joy.
