I am an LPC in Georgia holding both an EdS in counselor education and a master’s in counseling. Dedicated to serving teenagers and adults ages 13 and up, I blend a warm, person-centered philosophy with practical CBT tools. I provide nonjudgmental space to help clients manage their emotions, navigate struggles, and discover their inner resilience.
I became a mental health provider because I wanted people to know they are not alone in their struggles. I’ve worked in outpatient, school‐based, and telehealth settings, supporting clients facing depression, anxiety, chronic illness, major life transitions, divorce, domestic abuse and support for parents of neurodivergent children. These experiences shaped my practice into one that is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients find hope, build coping skills, and move toward healing.
Clients can expect their first session with me to feel calm, welcoming, and grounded, with space to share openly without fear of judgment. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been navigating, and what you hope to gain from our work together, keeping the conversation collaborative rather than clinical. My goal is to create an environment where your emotions are valid and you don’t have to face your struggles alone.
