Great to meet you!

My name is Suzy Kajunski and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with teens and adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, substance use concerns, friendship issues, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and genuine connection. I believe my role is to meet you where you are, help you recognize your strengths, and work collaboratively to create desired change. My approach is warm, conversational, and person-centered, allowing you to feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself while you explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. Beginning therapy doesn't have to be scary. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. Feel free to reach out with any questions or simply to start a conversation.
