Great to meet you!

I would love to support you on your journey to a more full-filling and balanced life that reflects your hopes, values and aspirations. I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years working in and leading mental health organizations and now connecting with individuals, families, and teams in private practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to partner with my clients to understand their current situation, their hopes for the therapeutic process, and what they need to ensure our work together feels safe, supportive, respectful of their individual circumstances and identities. Together, we will create therapeutic goals, explore and choose ways to address, and review our progress, making adjustments along the way.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will start with setting parameters to ensure support, safety and identify accommodation needs. I will then ask you to share what brought you to therapy and some of your initial thoughts about what you would like to address. Finally, I will ask some about your history and get to know you better so that I am better able to support you going forward.
