Greetings! I am a Licensed Therapist in Massachusetts with 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Boston University, a Master’s Degree in Education, Arts & Learning, from Endicott College, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Salem State University. Additionally, I possess an Advanced Professional Graduate Certificate in Expressive Arts Therapies from Lesley University.

My approach to therapy

I offer both Traditional and Music-integrated Therapy. Several of the therapeutic modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Music/Expressive Therapy, and Client-centered/Humanistic Therapy.
