Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Don't know where to start, confusion with identity, or not feeling understood? My goal is to help you understand yourself better, support you towards reaching your goals, and instill hope. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a range of experience including working in the school system, non-profit clinics, and a women's safe house.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. I provide a safe, empathetic space for healing and growth, drawing on CBT, psychodynamic therapy, inner child work, play therapy, and motivational interviewing to tailor care to each person’s needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and understood in a safe space. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage your feelings, strengthen relationships, and navigate life transitions. My goal is for clients to leave sessions with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in their ability to create meaningful change.
