Great to meet you!

You're thoughtful and self aware, but still find yourself overthinking everything and replaying conversations, second guessing your choices or feeling insecure in relationships. You may understand your patterns logically, yet feel stuck emotionally. Therapy can help you make sense of what's happening beneath the surface and begin feeling more confident, grounded, and secure in yourself.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Together we’ll create a safe space where you can talk openly, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and develop tools to feel calmer, more centered, and more empowered in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Outside of my career, I love animals, art, nature, and getting lost in a good TV show or book. I believe we are all doing the best we can and that it’s okay to make mistakes while learning and growing. If you feel ready to take the next step, I would love to connect and see how I can support you.
