Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been providing counseling and mental health support since 2006. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings and through many different life experiences. I believe that every person brings their own unique strengths, experiences, and challenges to therapy, and I value getting to know the whole person rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or problem. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, knowing that you will be met with compassion, understanding, and without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative and personal experience, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I work with clients to understand what they are experiencing, identify their strengths, and develop practical strategies that can help them navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I strive to make therapy a safe and supportive place where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in your own growth. My areas of interest include anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, and emotional and behavioral challenges.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to gain from counseling, and any concerns or goals you would like to work on. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share what feels comfortable for you—there is no expectation that you have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Most importantly, my hope is that you leave your first session feeling welcomed, heard, and confident that we can work together to take the next step.
