Great to meet you!

Welcome! For over 25 years, I have specialized in helping children, adolescents, adults, and families overcome obstacles and navigate life's challenges. Beyond my clinical work, I am an artist at heart who loves gardening, spending time at the beach, and making memories with my grandchildren. My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and down-to-earth, and I am genuinely invested in helping you discover your unique strengths and build lasting resilience.

My approach to therapy

I ground my approach in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while thoughtfully integrating creative, experiential, and art therapy techniques. Operating from a person-centered and strength-based perspective, I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating; rather, it can be an engaging, empowering, and rewarding process of self-discovery and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and respected. We will take the time to get to know each other, explore what brought you in, and start identifying the goals that matter most to you. Think of me as a partner in your journey, someone who will walk alongside you with an open mind and a fresh perspective. Remember, "In a world where you can be anything, be kind"
