Great to meet you!

I specialize in trauma, PTSD, relationship conflict and managing stress. I am a licensed clinical social worker, and have over 12 years of experience in my field. I have seen many clients who initially felt pretty hopeless recover from PTSD and make amazing changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that is individualized and flexible. I have training, experience and certifications in evidence-based therapies for trauma and relationship conflict. I also believe in the connection between mind and body, and can incorporate mindfulness, breathing and relaxation exercises and other somatic techniques into therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

It is important to me to be a safe, collaborative, nonjudgmental therapist. I have had many clients over the years see a decrease in trauma-related symptoms and an increase in confidence and contentment. I have had clients go from feeling helpless to living their lives much more the way they envision.
