Great to meet you!

Are you seeking healing? Struggling with transition? Wanting to feel more peaceful? I'd be honored to help support you along your journey. We all deserve a joyful life.

I’ve been a social worker at heart my entire life, as a professional for almost 30 years, a psychotherapist almost 20 years. I’ve been honored to support a variety of clients from teens to individuals over one hundred years wise. I enjoy nature, animals, dance, reading, writing, time spent with friends and family and learning about different cultures.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Our work together is a partnership. You are the professional when it comes to you. My approach is heart-centered, holistic and strengths based. Our minds and bodies are incredibly resilient and intuitive and I believe healing is always possible. I often give homework since most of the opportunities for practice happen between sessions.

I specialize in supporting others through difficult circumstances, relationships, grief and loss, depression, trauma and anxiety.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create a warm, safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore the root cause of symptoms and discover coping skills to heal and find peace for a more enjoyable life. We are all different and I welcome those differences and hope to learn about you and your unique circumstances. I don't hold power in our sessions. We are equals and work together toward your goals.
