Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Las Vegas, Nevada, with an MSW from the University of Nevada, Reno. My background includes work in trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and teen dating violence, which allows me to bring a sensitive, informed perspective to sessions. I offer telehealth appointments.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-focused, person-centered approach, drawing on mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy depending on what fits each client. I'm committed to creating a safe, culturally responsive space where you can explore your emotions without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect support in developing healthy coping mechanisms and building resilience. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported as you work through what brought you to therapy, whether that's trauma, anxiety, depression, or a difficult life transition.
