Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical

Social Worker with 22 years experience working with children, adolescent and adults. I graduated from Fordham

university and previously spent 15 years at Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia deeply shaping my understanding of emotional needs, family dynamics, parenting and learning challenges.

I love the outdoors, the beach, paddle boarding and just sitting quietly and reading a good book

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is always client centered and humanistic. I utilize CBT and I am certified in Trauma Informed Care,TF-CBT and CBT-SP. I start where you are and what goals you want to see in your life.

What you can expect from me

“I hope our paths cross. My approach is to meet you exactly where you are, so that together we can establish your unique goals. Through open conversation, we will gently explore what lies beneath your current challenges and clarify what you want to improve in your life”.
