Great to meet you!

I came into this field after years of therapy myself. I tell my clients, I promised myself I would never let anyone feel the way I did alone. Here I am, many years later, holding to my promise. I have worked in many different settings, I have many different backgrounds, but the most important part of therapy- I am 110% here because I want to be. I want to help. I want to learn. I want to heal. No matter how tough life gets, I always want someone to feel as if they have someone they can go to.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The first thing I learned in social work school- start where the client is. If you would like to learn skills, we can do that. If you just want to vent- this is your safe space. I have a background in DBT and Trauma Focused Therapy however whatever course is best for you is the approach I want to take.

What you can expect from our first session

Life is not linear. We are walking on these paths together. If you fall, I will pick you up. If you hit a wall, I will help you learn to use your tools to break the wall down and build a new path in front of you. We are in this together. We start where YOU want.

**** I am taking a temporary leave of absence. Please feel free to message me and I will get back to you when I return!
