When you enter into therapy with me, I devote myself to our partnership in achieving your goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is integral for change. I truly value the process of engaging my clients.

I received my Master's Degree from Columbia University in 2006. I have supervised multiple Master's-level students and therapists who are working towards achieving their clinical privileges. I have specialized in the clinical application of social work for over 12 years.

When we begin our work together, you can expect that we will spend time forming a strong therapeutic alliance. To me, this part of the process is crucial. Following engagement and assessment, we will develop a plan based on your needs. I am experienced in many treatment approaches, and we will decide together which works best to help you achieve your goals.

My clients generally feel relief from symptoms shortly after beginning treatment. Together, we will determine ways to measure your outcomes so that you are confident in your progress.
