I'm glad you reached out for help - I know that is not an easy thing to do and I commend you for taking that first step. I believe each individual has within them the solutions to their problems/concerns, they just require some guidance in the the path to their well-being. We will work as partners in your therapeutic journey to find your solutions to what brings you here.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked in the Mental Health field for over 40 years. Everyone has their own unique story and deserves an individual approach to your well-being. It's important that we communicate openly and that you feel respected in our relationship. This is your journey, not mine, so I am here to listen to you, challenge you and support you along the way. I also specialize in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, if wanted, for in-person clients.

What to expect from our first session and beyond

This is your space to share your story, what brings you here and what do you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to define your goals. I strive to create a warm, welcoming and safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing, especially when you feel most vulnerable. From there, we'll work together in sessions that follow to make your goals a reality for you.
