Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that therapy with me is a place where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I strive to create a warm, genuine, and judgment-free environment where you feel truly heard and understood. My approach is compassionate but also practical. I want to help you understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while giving you tools you can actually use outside of our sessions. For clients who desire faith-based counseling, I love integrating Christian principles, Scripture, and prayer into our work together. I believe emotional healing and spiritual growth can go hand in hand, and it is an honor to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater peace, freedom, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest, understood, and challenged toward growth. My approach is compassionate, direct, and tailored to each individual's needs, helping clients increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and build healthier relationships. I specialize in anxiety, attachment issues, codependency, relationship concerns, and life transitions, drawing from CBT, EFT, and attachment-based interventions. For those who wish, I also incorporate Christian faith into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I take time to understand your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope will be different in your life. I provide a warm, honest, and supportive space where you can feel safe to be yourself without judgment. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, challenges, and goals while creating a plan that helps you move toward healing, growth, and healthier relationships.
