Suzanne Tyghter

1. My name is Suzanne Tyghter, I am an LCSW in Connecticut. I have worked with many people, including individuals and couples, as well as, groups. I have worked providing hospice care and grief counseling with many families. I have also worked with people suffering from anxiety, depression, grief issues.

In our sessions, I will focus on client described issues and will provide empathetic listening skills. I adhere to a strength based approach and will focus on client strengths.

Ournges. I goals will be directed to allowing clients to develop their strengths which will enable them to meet life challenges. The goal will be to help clients feel better about themselves and develop confidence in their abilities. I will also typically assign home work to reinforce our sessions.
