Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in fine art and over 20 years of experience working closely with creatives. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. I believe therapy is a space for self-discovery, healing, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with a collaborative, creative perspective, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and a language of self-appreciation grounded in a strong connection to their lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your personal history and goals, and begin identifying an approach that feels right for you. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with, and we’ll work together at a pace that supports you.
