Suzelle Guinart

My name is Suzelle Guinart, and I am a Licensed MH Counselor in the State of FL. I have over 14 years of experience working with adults and young adults, specializing in issues dealing with self-esteem/worth, depression, anxiety, grief, suicide prevention and transitions. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming treatment to individuals who identify as LGBT, gender non-binary, questioning or queer. I also work with the parents and loved ones of LGBTQ+ individuals seeking additional guidance or support.

I have a holistic view of treatment and use a mix of evidence-based techniques including; cognitive-behavioral frameworks, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and emotional intelligence development. My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully, and define what happiness really means to you. Through collaborative talk therapy & connection, we can improve your ability to identify, resolve, and accept life's challenges, and ultimately begin creating the life you want to live!
