Great to meet you!

Welcome. The foundation of my practice lies in accepting others, while accompanying clients on a path to growth and peace in our daily lives. I have worked for over 20 years in community based projects with children and families navigating immigration and legal systems, as well as school social work and hospice care. In addition, I've worked with children and adults on the autism spectrum. My current focus is on trauma based care, striving for healing and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is one of openness and acceptance, focusing on each person's own resiliency and strengths. I nurture life/work balance and mindfulness practice and am pursuing nature informed therapy certification.

What you can expect from our first session

I seek to create a therapeutic relationship based in trust, acceptance and mutual respect. I can help those who are goal oriented in their approach to therapy, as well as those who wish to explore openly their current and past patterns.
