Great to meet you!

am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging seasons with clarity, strength, and purpose. I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained—especially those who are used to being strong for everyone else.

My work focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting women, young adults, and professionals who are balancing multiple responsibilities while silently struggling.

I take a real, honest, and practical approach to therapy. I am not just here to listen—I am here to help you understand patterns, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in your life. My goal is to help you move from surviving to truly living.

Clients often describe me as direct, supportive, and deeply invested in their growth. I create a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and challenged in a way that promotes healing.

Whether you are dealing with past trauma, current stress, or simply trying to figure out your next step, therapy with me is a place where real transformation can begin

You don’t have to have it all together to start. You just have to be willing to show up.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and results-focused. I believe therapy should not only be a space to process your experiences, but also a place where you gain the tools and insight needed to create real change in your life.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques. This allows me to tailor each session to your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

In our work together, we will identify patterns, explore the root of challenges, and develop strategies to help you move forward with confidence. I will both support and challenge you—helping you build awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier ways of thinking and responding.

I also believe in meeting you where you are. Whether you are ready to dive deep into past experiences or need support managing what is happening right now, we will move at a pace that feels safe and productive for you.

Therapy with me is active, engaging, and focused on helping you feel better—not just temporarily, but in a lasting and meaningful way.

We are not just talking—we are working toward change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy.

We will talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what concerns you most right now, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—my role is to guide the conversation and help you feel comfortable.

I will ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and any patterns that may be impacting your well-being. This session also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of my approach to ensure it feels like a good fit for you.

By the end of the session, we will begin identifying initial goals and next steps so you leave with clarity about how we will move forward together.

You don't have to come in with the right word- the most important thing is that you come.
