Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome to my practice! With over 10 years of practice in the mental health field, I find great joy in my work as a therapist to provide a safe environment for each person I get to join with on their journey towards healing! I have a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, a Post-Masters certificate from North Central University and I am still on my journey with Liberty University to obtain my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Christian Counseling, but my approach is not one size fits all and I do not force my views on anyone. I am very person-centered. My specialties include but are not limited to relationship issues, divorce, coping skills and spirituality. Issues include: Anxiety, Behavioral issues, Bipolar Disorder, Career Counseling, Depression, Family Conflict, Grief, Marital & Premarital, Parenting, Anger, Self-esteem, and Women's issues.

What you can expect from me

Most client's walk away from each session feeling a sense of relief and desire to keep going! They often gain the ability to see things from a new perspective which leads to the ability to overcome depression and anxiety. All it requires is an open-mind and the willingness to do the work.
