Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with 12 years of experience supporting teens and their families in residential and foster care settings, followed by 20 years working with adults facing complex mental health challenges. I’m now beginning my work in private practice and look forward to creating a supportive, respectful space where you feel heard and understood. I’m excited to get to know you and learn how I can support you on your path forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy begins with listening carefully to your experience and understanding what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, identify your goals, and discuss what you’ve tried in the past, including what has or hasn’t felt helpful. From there, we’ll determine a treatment path that feels appropriate for your needs and incorporate evidence-based interventions to support meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, person-centered space where we can talk openly about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change or better understand. I’ll take time to get to know you as a whole person, learn about your experiences and goals, and consider which approaches may be most helpful for you. I look forward to learning where you are in your life journey and working together to identify meaningful next steps.
