Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy is a courageous first step. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and a whole-person approach to healing, I'd be honored to support you on your journey. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and five years of clinical experience. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're facing a major life transition, struggling with anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to create a space where you can safely explore what's happening beneath the surface and move toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with both individuals and couples, especially those who are seeking greater clarity, stronger communication, and more fulfilling relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons of transition, looking for guidance, support, and practical tools to help them move forward with confidence. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Heart-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. What makes my work unique is my emphasis on helping clients align their mind, body, and heart. I believe meaningful healing happens when these parts of ourselves are working together in coherence, allowing us to live more authentically and respond to life from a place of intention rather than reaction

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they appreciate my empathy, open-mindedness, and ability to see beyond the challenges that brought them into therapy. I strive to recognize the authentic person beneath the pain, patterns, or protective behaviors, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with the person they truly are.
