I consider myself empathic, and passionate about working with children, families, and adults in helping them change or modify their challenging or adverse behavioral issues/ patterns. In addition, I am an advocate, cognizant, aware, sensitive, and considerate for clients/ families with their multicultural and sub-cultural backgrounds. Navigating through life’s everyday stressors is a task and it can be challenging if there is a cultural and a sub-cultural clash, within the family system.
The environment I would create is a "safe space" for everyone, to feel free, to be transparent, and experience their true self. My approach is strengths- based, and empathic. Devising your treatment plan is a collaborative effort in creating your treatment goals.
