Great to meet you!

When anxiety, ADHD, overwhelming stress, or relationship challenges begin affecting your confidence and daily life, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything on your own. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, ADHD, women's issues, stress management concerns, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities, struggling to stay organized, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or finding it difficult to balance the demands of work, family, and personal life. Whether you're coping with constant worry, attention and focus difficulties, relationship stress, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence. My goal is to help you strengthen self awareness, build resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful growth begins with understanding the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that influence how we navigate life's challenges. My approach is warm, affirming, and practical, creating a supportive environment where clients can feel heard while developing skills that support lasting change. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help clients better understand patterns, manage difficult emotions, and build healthier ways of responding to stress. Together, we may explore anxiety, ADHD symptoms, stress management, women's issues, family concerns, relationship challenges, anger management, identity issues, trauma, PTSD, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your unique goals and focused on helping you strengthen coping skills, improve confidence, build healthier relationships, and create meaningful progress in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges, celebrate progress, and work toward goals that matter most to you. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger emotional regulation, greater self awareness, improved confidence, and healthier relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, stress, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, capable, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
