Great to meet you!

Hi! I am passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, emotional resilience, and healthy coping skills. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and family or peer relationship issues. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I enjoy incorporating interactive, strengths-based, and age-appropriate techniques into sessions to help clients feel comfortable and engaged.

In addition to therapy services, I am actively involved in community mental health advocacy through Impower Movement, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on promoting positive mental health awareness, mentorship, and support for youth and young adults.

My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life. Whether someone is struggling emotionally, adjusting to change, or simply needing a safe space to process, I am committed to walking alongside them throughout their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working toward personal growth. I use strengths-based and evidence-based approaches, including CBT, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and solution-focused techniques, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients build confidence, healthy coping skills, and emotional resilience in a supportive and empowering environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment during their first session. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and safe while getting to know them, their concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy. We will discuss what brings them to therapy, explore current challenges, and begin identifying healthy coping strategies and goals tailored to their needs. I strive to create a collaborative space where clients feel empowered and supported throughout their healing and growth journey.
