Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports kids, teens, young adults, and caregivers who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in survival mode. My clients often come to me when they're tired of repeating the same patterns, struggling with confidence, or carrying heavy experiences from the past.

I help clients break old cycles, build self-worth, and feel more grounded. You don’t need to show up perfect or have all the answers. I meet you exactly where you are, at your pace, with no judgment.

I’m here to help you understand your story, build healthier patterns, and feel more grounded and confident in yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I use a mix of TF-CBT, practical coping skills, mind-body strategies, and honest conversations to help you understand what’s happening underneath your stress or behaviors. I don’t just “sit and nod..."I’m interactive and real. We work together to build awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and create tools that actually fit your life. I focus on helping you feel safe, heard, and empowered to make changes at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We go at your pace. I’ll ask a few questions, explain how therapy works, and we’ll start exploring what support might look like for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the steps ahead.
