Great to meet you!

Beginning therapy can be daunting, so congratulations on starting this journey! I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore the deeper layers of your experience. My approach balances acceptance with accountability, supporting you in understanding yourself more fully while moving toward meaningful change. Many of my clients are seeking to better understand themselves: why we react the way we do, where our emotional patterns come from, and how to build more secure and fulfilling connections.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, and emotional regulation. I help clients make space for difficult thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful steps toward the life they want. We explore how your nervous system shapes your experience of safety and connection, and build tools for regulation and grounding.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I prioritize creating a comfortable space for us to get to know each other. You'll share what's bringing you to therapy and your story. We'll discuss your hopes for our work together and shape initial goals. Nervousness is normal, and I'll meet you with warmth and excitement!
