Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida with clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families since 2022. I earned my MS in Couples and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2023 and became fully licensed in 2026. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, identity, self-worth, life transitions, domestic violence, and substance use and recovery, among many other concerns. I have a particular passion for helping individuals navigate recovery, relationships, boundaries, codependency, crisis, and major life transitions while creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Narrative Therapy is my primary modality, as I believe the stories we carry about ourselves can strongly influence how we experience our lives and what we believe is possible. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches based on each client's individual needs and goals. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from the process. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, transparent, and judgment-free environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. We will explore your experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals while beginning to identify where we can focus our work together. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, respected, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
