Great to meet you!

As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I help clients process diagnoses, navigate identity shifts, and build self-compassion. My background in both social work and clinical psychology allows me to take a solutions-oriented approach to helping clients better understand themselves and adapt to their circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is person-centered and eclectic; I am happy to work with clients to find which therapeutic approach is most effective for them. I specialize in clients adjusting to a new ADHD, autism, or chronic illness diagnosis. I also have expertise in relationship issues, polyamory and ENM, and take a sex-positive approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on developing rapport and establishing goals together. Goals often include developing self-compassion, adaptive strategies, and redefining life goals with your diagnosis in mind. I seek to help clients move from uncertainty to empowerment, embracing their identity while building a fulfilling, sustainable life.
