Great to meet you!

I ’m passionate about doing healing work with neurodiverse folks including those who are impacted by past trauma, and enjoy helping clients of all ages gain feelings of safety and security while being in the driver’s seat of their own life. I often use treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior

Therapy, with a trauma-informed and neuro-

affirming approach and oftentimes incorporating

mindfulness or other experiential forms of learning.

My approach to therapy

Clients can expect to develop a capacity for self-listening and self-compassion which can create conditions for transformational healing. This self-listening and self-compassion can help you in improving interactions with others and strengthening your personal support system for sustained change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect to discuss what brings them to treatment, explore goals for treatment, and identify what might be helpful vs unhelpful for you during our sessions together.
