Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, while also helping you challenge patterns, build self-trust, and create meaningful change. I integrate mind-body awareness, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of your experiences to help you feel more confident, connected, and grounded in yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. I take an integrative, holistic approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your life while building practical tools to strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and self-trust. I believe therapy is not about fixing who you are, but helping you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust and connection. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, relationships, and current challenges, while giving you space to share at your own pace. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
