Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use concerns, and mood-related challenges that can affect daily life and relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, using practical, evidence-based tools to support meaningful change. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin—we can take this step together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on your goals. I work with you to understand what you’re experiencing and use practical, evidence-based tools—such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and emotion-focused techniques—to help you build coping skills and create meaningful change. We move at a pace that feels comfortable, so you feel supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy in a relaxed, supportive environment. We’ll talk about your goals, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of counseling, while also reviewing helpful background information. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of next steps and a plan that feels comfortable and aligned with your needs.
