Great to meet you!

I’m Sydney Jean-Baptiste (she/her).

I am passionate about empowering and engaging with others in the as they navigate the challenges of life.

Much of my career has been working with those who have experience deep pain and trauma in their lives. I am committed partnering with others as they journey toward healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In sessions, I am authentic, present, and engaging.

I believe that the most powerful tool in the therapeutic process is the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. I believe that in the midst of the challenges of life, much healing can come from having a compassionate witness in the midst of pain.

My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. I believe that we are all a work in progress and that together we can engage creatively to help you find healing.

What you can expect from our first session

I am convinced that there is nothing more beautiful than to bear witness to the stories of others. I work with clients to establish goals for their time in therapy and create an environment that is relational, safe, and calm. I look forward to joining you in your story
