Great to meet you!

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. You may feel stuck in the same patterns, overwhelmed by your thoughts, or frustrated that understanding what's wrong hasn't necessarily helped you feel better. Maybe you're constantly overthinking, questioning yourself, or carrying experiences from the past that continue to affect how you feel today.

My goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll make sense of what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences so you can feel more grounded and confident moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I integrate cognitive and somatic approaches to help you understand both what you're thinking and what you're experiencing emotionally and physically. I also use EMDR when appropriate to help clients process difficult or traumatic experiences and reduce the impact they continue to have in everyday life.

I balance empathy with honest feedback and practical support. Therapy with me isn't about having all the right answers or forcing change before you're ready. We'll work together at a pace that feels manageable while helping you untangle old patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful changes that fit your life. There may be difficult conversations along the way, but there's also room for humor, connection, and being human.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what's been feeling difficult, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin.

You can expect me to be supportive, genuine, and engaged while also helping you look at things from new perspectives. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling heard and understood, but also with greater insight and practical tools you can use outside of therapy. Over time, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of the direction your life is taking.
