I'm a therapist with six years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and family conflicts. My approach is grounded in helping you build self-esteem, improve communication, and develop deeper self-love. I specialize in supporting clients through trauma, including sexual assault and abuse, domestic violence, and self-harm. I also work with individuals facing mood disorders, attachment issues, codependency, addiction, eating concerns, and body image struggles. Whether you're processing divorce, managing isolation, exploring your life purpose, or working through control and commitment issues, I'm here to help. I'm committed to creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space that honors who you are. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based practices to support your growth at your own pace. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with compassion and authenticity as you move toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized to each client's unique needs and experiences. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood and supported without judgment. I draw from evidence based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, strengths based and person centered techniques to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Together, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths, and work at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable to you.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about what you have been experiencing, what you hope to get out of therapy, and what feels most important to you right now. I'll also explain how I approach therapy and answer any questions you may have. Most importantly, there is no expectation that you have to have everything figured out before coming to me. We'll work together to identify goals and determine an approach that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
