Great to meet you!

I have been working in the field of Mental Health since 2009 and post Master's since 2011. I have been an LICSW in the state of Massachusetts since 2015. Much of my past experience has been in acute care settings such as inpatient psychiatric care and emergency departments. In addition to that I have ample experience in supporting folks through life transitions, grieving significant losses, and following traumatic events.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is flexible, inviting, warm, collaborative, humorous, and engaging. I want to be able to walk this journey with you and offer helpful guidance when necessary and warranted. I acknowledge that while my training is in behavioral health, I view you as the expert in your own life. My goal is to provide direct and honest care for my clients.

What you can expect from me

I operate with the belief that we are doing this work collaboratively and because of that, prefer open and honest feedback so I can provide the best therapeutic approach tailored to meet your needs. I seek to validate and explore your experiences and value the therapeutic alliance.
